Will I be able to lose 2 lbs. a week with this diet and exercise program?

Breakfast: Cheerios w/ 2% milk OR two slices of whole wheat toast w/ peanut butter
Snack: Frozen Banana
Lunch: 1/2 block ramen noodles w/ 2 servings of veggies
Snack: Peanut Butter on whole wheat toast
Dinner: Usually something healthy [spaghetti, fish, chicken, etc.] eating 1-1 1/2 servings
Drinks: I usually drink 8-10 glasses of water a day

Exercise: two segments of 30 min. bike rides [moderate pace]
30 triceps dips
an ab pilates workout
reverse crunches
10-20 pushups

This is all daily.

i really like pilates and i try to do it 3 days a week but it seems like i’m staying the same, mabey more toned. should i do some other kind of exercise to lose weight?
