I stay at home most days taking care of a small baby. I am a stay at home mother with a lot of time on my hands and a lot of motivations to lose the baby weight.
My question is, how many times a day should I exercise to see results. I usually do about 30 minutes of cardio every day at least 5 times a week, and on the days I don’t do aerobics, I take my son out for a walk, usually around 30-45 minutes around the neighborhood.
Would it be unhealthy for me to add a second workout on 4 or 5 days a week? I usually exercise around 2 or 3 hours after I get up, I wuold add on another exercise about 3-4 hours before I go to bed. Is this safe?
Also, should I do another round of cardio, or focus on pilates or yoga the second workout? Any suggestions would be great.
Just to clarify, there is no one else to watch the baby, 6 months old in a week, so running or jogging isn’t an option, nor is being active all day. My day revolves around him lol,
