I’ve been walking everyday (brisk pace, for about an hour), doing Pilates a few days a week, and doing some light weight lifting. I’ve been watching what I eat (fruits, veggies, whole-wheat bread/crackers/etc., no junk food…you get the point). I’d like to lose about 20-30 lbs over the next 2-3 months. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Anything I need to be doing that I’m not? Any advice? Thanks!

I’ll be honest…I’m kind of lazy…but I’d like to do some sort of pilates or yoga everyday. Maybe 15-20 minutes worth of stretching. Not looking for a miracle work out…would just like to be healthier. Any suggestions?

Starting from today I’m planning to loose about 40lbs in the next 4 months. I’m planning to run 5 days a week, but don’t know how many miles or for how long? I need good tips and advices. Also I’m doing pilates and sculpting. Maybe you have something that worked for you?? Please help me achieve my goal. I’m 5′3 and 171lbs now. I hope to get to my previous weight 140lbs.

Daily pilates, daily walking or jogging, daily cardio, daily free weights. I’m currently 5′7 125 and I’m just not happy with that.
I want to be thinner and more toned. [I am vegan and eat very healthy, no more than 1400 calories a day]
Any tips? I want to be ready for summer, which is in 10 weeks!
Thanks in advance.

I’ve been doing aerobic exercises to keep in shape but a recent leg strain and back injury has made stopped me from doing intense aerobics. I heard that pilates was good for weight loss and flexibility without intense movements. Is it just as good as aerobics? And what kind of exercise is it, anaerobic to aerobics? Thanks.

I had my son almost 4 weeks ago – I was wondering is it ok to do some light exercise (not abdominal exercise) on my thighs, butt and arms before my 6 week check up? Im not planning on doing anything crazy, but just wondering if I could do some pilates and/or yoga ?

I have a child so would like somethiing to do in their nap time. I used to do a lot of running, yoga, swimming. So whatever works the best – in terms of quick results and only an hour a day.

I have been told pole dancing is good – but not sure about putting a pole up at home, also pilates machine but never tried it.
I have a child so would rather not go out the house and leave him alone!
