I have a child so would like somethiing to do in their nap time. I used to do a lot of running, yoga, swimming. So whatever works the best – in terms of quick results and only an hour a day.

I have been told pole dancing is good – but not sure about putting a pole up at home, also pilates machine but never tried it.
I have a child so would rather not go out the house and leave him alone!
