I’ve been doing aerobic exercises to keep in shape but a recent leg strain and back injury has made stopped me from doing intense aerobics. I heard that pilates was good for weight loss and flexibility without intense movements. Is it just as good as aerobics? And what kind of exercise is it, anaerobic to aerobics? Thanks.
