What would be good to strenghthen my body?? I do love pilates its just very hard to do. Maybe I can start small at it and get better at it.

    Congrats!!
    Maybe you can do some beginners yoga….I know I sweat and gain muscles. Also, you can try pushups from the wall and gradually get farther and farther away. squats to gain leg muscle. Also, work out abs by dancing! Latin dance as well as beginners hula can help you feel stronger in your core.

    Hi Lori,

    Congrats on the weight loss! I have a suggestion for you…walking! I know it doesn’t sound too fancy or complicated, but it is actually quite good for you. It is low impact and not too strenuous.

    When I was trying to lose weight, I used to brisk walk on a treadmill 45 minutes a day. It helped a lot. I started with level 1 or 2, and reached level 5 within a month or so. It eases you into getting fitter so you can later move on to harder things.

    I also try to walk faster on the street!
