I’ve been doing aerobic exercises to keep in shape but a recent leg strain and back injury has made stopped me from doing intense aerobics. I heard that pilates was good for weight loss and flexibility without intense movements. Is it just as good as aerobics? And what kind of exercise is it, anaerobic to aerobics? Thanks.

Yes it can help sort of. If you do Pilates you will see that around some areas it will go down in inches, I’m not sure exactly about the weight. Pilates is not anaerobic or aerobic.
