violet s asked:
Daily pilates, daily walking or jogging, daily cardio, daily free weights. I’m currently 5′7 125 and I’m just not happy with that.
I want to be thinner and more toned. [I am vegan and eat very healthy, no more than 1400 calories a day]
Any tips? I want to be ready for summer, which is in 10 weeks!
Thanks in advance.

In 10 weeks, with healthy diet and exercise, you can lose up to 20 pounds.
However, you may want to worry more about building toned muscle mass instead of losing weight. That will make you look really nice, lean, and sculpted.
I’m 5′8″, and 125 is the lowest weight I can hit before I am considered underweight. Since you’re just an inch shorter than me, at most, you can only lose a few more pounds before you are underweight – and being underweight has just as many health problems as being overweight.

I don’t think you need to drastically change your body. But if you want to be more toned, then lift more weights. Do 3 or 4 sets with 12 to 15 reps. Do the bigger muscles first- do half the body two days a week and the other half the other 2 days a week. Do chest, shoulders and back and stomach on tues and saturdays and do legs and arms and stomach on wed and sundays. Go slow and concentrate. 10 weeks is enough time to make a noticeable difference in toneness especially if you are young.
