video one: swat workout. involved intense physical activity, weight lifting, toning, ab work.

video 2: pilates

since video one involves toning and so does video 2. can they be done on opposite days or is that tearing muscle by doing two different toning videos back to back. i wanted to do swat monday wednesday friday and pilates tuesday thursday saturday. is that too much?

I don’t like going to the gym anymore. so I thought that I would start doing yoga at home, pilates, dance videos, and going for walks once it starts getting warmer outside.
I dread going to the gym now. I’d rather just do things at home.
