Daily pilates, daily walking or jogging, daily cardio, daily free weights. I’m currently 5′7 125 and I’m just not happy with that.
I want to be thinner and more toned. [I am vegan and eat very healthy, no more than 1400 calories a day]
Any tips? I want to be ready for summer, which is in 10 weeks!
